Insanity : DAY 2 : Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Well, today kinda sucked.. haha I realzed that my arm strength went down, and I was just tired as well. I tried to do majority of all the workouts, and I thought I did fairly well. Another thing I discovered… My DVD skipped like 15 seconds of some of the workout ): Other than that, it was good.. I sweated a lot. haha
Also another thing I have noticed a little difference i my legs.. BUt that’s mostly because I worked out all last week. :P
Anyway, time to eat soon. (:
